What you will do

• Own accounts receivable collections for Datcard and Sorna, including proactive customer outreach.
• Apply customer payments and process deposits accurately using QuickBooks.
• Manage accounts payable processes for multiple operating entities.
• Perform comprehensive bank and credit card account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized financial records and support the Director of Finance with reporting and close activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting.
• Hands-on experience with cash collections and cash application.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
