What you will do
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of global payroll implementation projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for specified countries or regions during sales calls and client kick-offs.
- Manage the full implementation process from inception through parallel runs to live payroll.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the HR platform, including conducting UAT testing.
- Mentor and support Payroll Generalists working on implementation tasks.
Requirements
- Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment.
- Expert legislative knowledge in the relevant country or region.
- Proven experience in payroll implementation and accounting/reconciliations.
- Proficiency in local payroll tools and software such as SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to work effectively in an asynchronous environment.
