What you will do

• Develop the AI product vision and roadmap aligned with customer priorities.
• Lead discovery sprints to validate AI-driven concepts, feasibility, and ROI.
• Define requirements for features like conversational intelligence, search, and proactive insights.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to balance innovation with scalability and security.
• Drive go-to-market readiness and monitor post-launch adoption and success metrics.
• Build strong relationships with customers to uncover frontline operational challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, with 1+ years specifically on AI/ML-powered products.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and predictive analytics within enterprise SaaS.
• Experience in product discovery, agile delivery, and building solutions for B2B customers.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).
• Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into clear, customer-centric value propositions.

Nice to have

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or business.
• Experience delivering AI solutions in regulated industries like aerospace, pharma, or life sciences.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 9001 or FDA CFR Part 11.
• Previous professional experience as a software engineer developing AI products.
