Salary: $107,000 – $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from ideation and design to launch, scaling, and ongoing optimization.
• Translate complex business and operational challenges into clear product requirements and scalable data solutions.
• Define product metrics, success criteria, and experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and performance tracking.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and manage sprint planning within agile delivery environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure product adoption and business impact.
• Evaluate potential partnerships and emerging AI technologies to enhance product capabilities and competitiveness.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in technical product management with a focus on data products, analytics platforms, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex datasets and drive data-informed decisions.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Familiarity with data modeling, analytics techniques, and product experimentation frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
