What you will do

• Own and scale the Merchant Growth pillar, evolving the Relationship Commerce platform.
• Ship AI as a foundational capability, including agents, intelligent automation, and personalization.
• Define and drive product vision and strategy for strategic surfaces in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to translate complex merchant needs into extensible platform solutions.
• Champion customer-led decision making using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Deliver high-impact results tied to revenue growth, retention, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or subscription businesses.
• Proven track record of owning strategy and delivering impact at scale on complex technical surfaces.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI/ML-powered features (LLMs, agents, personalization) in production.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in metrics, experimentation frameworks, and Agile product development.
• Ability to lead through influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with ecommerce or subscription-based D2C brands.
• Direct experience collaborating with applied AI or ML engineering teams.
