What you will do
- Define and own the product roadmap for AI initiatives aligned with business goals, prioritizing opportunities in targeting, creative, analytics, planning, and operations.
- Build and scale internal AI tools for campaign planning, audience modeling, performance forecasting, and creative automation.
- Launch client-facing AI products like predictive targeting, AI-generated ad creatives, dynamic optimization, and real-time ROI measurement.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, sales, ad ops, and strategy teams to translate AI concepts into product requirements and drive development via agile.
- Conduct market intelligence on AI trends in media, advertising, and martech to identify differentiation opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in AI, data-driven products, or ad tech.
- Strong technical background with AI/ML systems, experience taking AI/ML products from experimentation to production.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and experience using AI in media, martech, or ad tech.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration in large organizations, knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile.
- Experience in discovery, usability testing, and delivering internal tools and client-facing products.
- Strong communication skills for technical and commercial teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in media, audio, or ad tech, especially in startup-like environments.
- Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI (text/audio/video), recommendation engines, NLP.
- Knowledge of digital advertising metrics like lift studies and multi-touch attribution.
- Background in computer science, data science, or technical field.
