What you will do

  • Source new sales opportunities through networking, lead follow-up, and 80+ daily outbound calls and emails.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify and target named accounts for outbound prospecting.
  • Perform deep research on target organization structures, buyer pain points, and competitor incumbents.
  • Secure at least 8 qualified discovery meetings per month to hand off to Sales Executives.
  • Track and maintain all sales activities and prospect information within Salesforce.
  • Analyze sequences in Outreach.io to create and optimize new campaigns and GTM strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS and Customer Experience (CX) domains.
  • Intermediate experience in outbound pipeline generation and booking qualified meetings.
  • Comfortable working within a quota-driven compensation model with performance incentives.
  • Basic experience with CRM and marketing automation systems to track leads and ROI.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
