What you will do

• Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers.
• Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
• Write personalized outbound messages and manage follow-up sequences.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build the sales pipeline.
• Book meetings for Account Executives and founders.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track performance metrics using AI tools.

Requirements

• English: B2+ proficiency required
• Proven experience in SDR, lead generation, or outbound sales roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and qualification processes.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or AI sales assistants.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
