What you will do
- Execute outbound sales campaigns through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Generate and qualify outbound leads to book discovery meetings and appointments.
- Set up, maintain, and optimize CRM systems, lead databases, and outbound workflows.
- Track all prospect interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM.
- Adapt sales messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies based on campaign performance.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation.
- Proven track record of booking appointments and generating opportunities through prospecting.
- Professional English communication skills for international business calls.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to stay accountable to performance KPIs.
