TL;DR

Location: Remote (CST timezone preferred, but other timezones allowed)

What you will do

  • Execute outbound sales campaigns through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Generate and qualify outbound leads to book discovery meetings and appointments.
  • Set up, maintain, and optimize CRM systems, lead databases, and outbound workflows.
  • Track all prospect interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM.
  • Adapt sales messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies based on campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation.
  • Proven track record of booking appointments and generating opportunities through prospecting.
  • Professional English communication skills for international business calls.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to stay accountable to performance KPIs.

  • Experience in digital marketing, SEO, or agency environments.
