What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of issue polling-focused clients.
• Interpret topline and crosstab results to provide actionable takeaways for political strategists.
• Organize and track ongoing polling projects to ensure seamless delivery and client experience.
• Support external outreach and present polling tools and results to partners and consultants.
• Onboard new client users through guided walkthroughs, training sessions, and materials.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to translate client feedback into product roadmap features.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a client or external-facing role.
• Prior experience with survey research, polling, or public opinion work in campaigns, consulting, or research organizations.
• Ability to comfortably read and interpret crosstabs, toplines, and basic survey data independently.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, especially in a remote environment.
• Passion for progressive politics and willingness to engage with the political ecosystem.
