What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects for hirify.global TV, NOW, Connectivity, and VIP to support commercial priorities.
• Write complex SQL code to extract strategic insights from behavioral, research, and external datasets.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into compelling stories and commercial recommendations for stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders from problem definition through to delivery, advising on the best analytical approaches.
• Expand the AI-enabled toolkit and advanced analytics capabilities through hands-on application and training.
• Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing analytical knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience using analytics to influence strategic commercial decisions and evaluate business opportunities.
• Track record of communicating complex insights to stakeholders up to Head of Department level.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and manipulating large-scale customer and transactional datasets.
• Experience with advanced analytical techniques such as causal inference, statistical modeling, and predictive methods.
• Ability to independently scope and deliver complex analytical projects while managing ambiguity.
• Must have the appropriate right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not offered.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in programming languages such as R and Python.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled analytical methods to add business value.
