What you will do
- Grow the direct-to-driver portfolio through new sales and retention efforts.
- Balance account management with proactive business development, including cold calling and lead generation.
- Obtain customer referrals to expand the program footprint.
- Complete and submit driver applications for activation.
- Manage daily schedules and meet monthly sales quotas.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
- Strong telephone presence with a proven ability to engage prospects through cold calling.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High School diploma or GED.

- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry.
