What you will do

• Grow the direct-to-driver portfolio through new sales and retention efforts.
• Balance account management with proactive business development, including cold calling and lead generation.
• Obtain customer referrals to expand the program footprint.
• Complete and submit driver applications for activation.
• Manage daily schedules and meet monthly sales quotas.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong telephone presence with a proven ability to engage prospects through cold calling.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School diploma or GED.
