Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Chandler, AZ, Irving, TX, or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 3 days on-site)

Salary: $66/HR (W2 Only)

What you will do

• Facilitate requirements elicitation through workshops and discovery sessions to define features and user stories.
• Perform business process, gap, and impact analysis to support solution design.
• Collaborate with technology, sales, operations, risk, and design teams to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Simplify complex product and risk rules into customer-friendly digital flows.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate work and ensure on-time delivery.
• Support user acceptance testing and business readiness deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site 3 days per week in Chandler, AZ, Irving, TX, or Charlotte, NC.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and feature creation.
• Strong understanding of digital application flows, APIs, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Knowledge of risk identification, regulatory requirements (KYC, AML), and documentation discipline.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills with the ability to create clear stakeholder presentations.

Nice to have

• Merchant services or payments industry experience.
• Experience with product vision, roadmap planning, and KPI definition.
• Backlog ownership and sprint planning experience.
