What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for identity capabilities, including onboarding, verification, and authentication.
• Design end-to-end identity and authentication flows (Passkey, OTC, PIN) as specifications for implementation by other teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to design and maintain scalable data schemas for user identity and PII handling.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between Fraud, Compliance, and Operations to drive a cohesive platform strategy.
• Define and analyze KPIs for identification success, platform adoption, and security impact.
• Drive the evolution of verification using AI-forward approaches like behavioral signals and LLM-aided decisioning.

Requirements

• Around 8 years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven expertise in Identity, KYC, Onboarding, and IAM.
• Demonstrated track record of owning a platform or shared infrastructure product.
• Technical proficiency in API design, data modeling, and database schema structure.
• Experience aligning executive stakeholders and complex cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills for defining product metrics and driving data-based decisions.
