What you will do

• Develop product strategy, roadmap, and business cases for immunoassay product segments aligned with company goals.
• Gather market insights and voice of customer from field teams, conferences, and key opinion leaders.
• Partner with R&D to define product requirements, specifications, and support launches including positioning and pricing.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and competitive landscape to optimize lifecycle and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and quality to enhance customer loyalty and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science, marketing, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum 5 years experience in developing and commercializing life science products
• Strong knowledge of immunoassays, proteomics, and product management best practices
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to travel occasionally up to 20%
