Senior Manager, Product Operations

Salary: $135,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Run the weekly Scrum of Scrums to resolve cross-team blockers and ensure alignment.
• Embed within day-to-day operations of P0 initiatives, including standups and sprint planning.
• Configure and own Jira workflows, board structures, and reporting to drive org-wide adoption.
• Provide delivery coverage for engineering tracks lacking dedicated PM support.
• Establish and iterate on delivery artifacts such as PRDs, data docs, and technical review gates.
• Coach teams on scrum best practices and hold them accountable to delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York for this on-site role.
• Demonstrated track record configuring Jira from scratch and driving org-wide adoption.
• Proven success coaching engineering and product teams on scrum cadences.
• Experience running Scrum of Scrums or equivalent cross-team delivery coordination.
• Hands-on project management experience with complex, multi-team initiatives.
• Strong command of delivery artifacts including sprint plans and PRDs.
