What you will do

• Convert warm leads into sales by guiding prospects through the loan application process.
• Manage a pipeline of up to 20 active transactions simultaneously.
• Analyze customer pain points to effectively position and sell loan products.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets to maximize commission earnings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience (outbound call center preferred).
• Proven track record of success in commission-heavy sales roles.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
• Must be based in the state of Texas.
