hirify.global is building Overtime.ai, an AI-first platform designed to transform receivables management through voice AI, automation, and compliance-by-design.

What you will do

  • Build pipeline via partnerships, industry relationships, and targeted outreach.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive embedded adoption and distribution.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and CEO on deal shaping, use cases, and positioning.
  • Manage beta and pilot programs, converting early customers into paying clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build relationships across healthcare and financial services.
  • Align with Marketing, Product, and Operations to improve market positioning and execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, fintech, or receivables management.
  • Proven track record of building partnerships or new revenue channels.
  • Experience in healthcare partnerships or go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong communication skills and a significant industry presence.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams without direct authority.
