What you will do

  • Own revenue growth and commercial performance for direct sales across assigned international markets.
  • Drive direct sales to strategic enterprise and mid-market merchants, managing the full deal lifecycle.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, specifically targeting SME businesses.
  • Develop sales pipeline discipline, ensuring forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
  • Lead pre-sales activities including technical proposals, ROI/TCO modeling, and commercial structuring.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure solution fit and post-sales success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales or business development, with 4+ years specifically in POS solutions sales.
  • Deep expertise in merchant acquiring, POS solutions, or related payment ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with enterprise merchants.
  • Experience with P&L ownership and managing commercial negotiations.
  • Experience leading sales teams and proficiency with CRM for pipeline management and analytics.
  • International or multi-market sales experience is required.
