TL;DR

Account Executive (Networking): Driving growth and expansion of the business through outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads for network automation products with an accent on technical value articulation and full sales cycle management. Focus on building a new logo pipeline, strategically prospecting into network engineering management, and expanding existing customer accounts.

Location: Remote (US); US East Coast Remote preferred

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Commission & Equity

hirify.global is the commercial steward of open source NetBox, providing network source of truth and observability platforms to accelerate network automation.

What you will do

  • Build, qualify, and close a new logo sales pipeline to meet or exceed bookings quotas.
  • Execute outbound motions to generate at least 30% of your own pipeline.
  • Prospect into Network Engineering management and technical end users using a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, technical discussions, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers to ensure technical alignment and convey the company's value proposition.
  • Build and manage accurate forecast and opportunity progress reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS field experience in quota-carrying roles focused on closing net new logos.
  • 1+ years of experience working in a collaborative startup environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude for articulating the business value of complex enterprise products built on open source.
  • Proven history of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in managing both inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with open source technology.
  • Previous experience as a sales engineer or network engineer.
  • Specialized knowledge in Networking, Network Engineering, or Network Automation.
