Salary: $160,000 – $190,000

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end deal desk process, creating approval frameworks, pricing guardrails, and commercial standards.
- Design creative pricing solutions for large strategic deals and maintain internal pricing infrastructure and calculators.
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews with Legal, Security, and Product teams to streamline quote approvals.
- Oversee SKU architecture in HubSpot and ensure alignment between CRM, contracts, and billing systems.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of a future CPQ system to scale commercial operations.
- Provide executive-level insights to the CFO on discount trends, gross margin impact, and monetization strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, or Revenue Operations within enterprise software.
- Must be based on the US East Coast.
- 2+ years of experience in a startup environment.
- Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows for Sales or Finance is required.
- Deep understanding of enterprise subscription pricing models and revenue recognition principles.
- Operational fluency with HubSpot and billing systems like Tabs or Chargebee.
