TL;DR

Deal Desk Manager (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end deal lifecycle and supporting the EMEA Sales organization with an accent on complex transaction structuring, contract negotiation, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on ensuring compliance with internal policies, optimizing revenue recognition processes, and acting as a strategic advisor to sales leadership.

Location: Must be based in Amsterdam (office-based 3x per week)

What you will do

  • Partner with EMEA Sales to advise on deal construction and complex transaction negotiations.
  • Coordinate information flow between Sales, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and Deal Operations.
  • Ensure all deal review and approval processes adhere to company policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine internal policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships to facilitate efficient deal closure.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work from the Amsterdam office 3 days per week.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, or Sales Operations.
  • Ability to review, interpret, and draft contractual business terms and conditions.
  • Understanding of SaaS and consumption-based business models.
  • Proficient communication skills with the ability to influence and advise senior sales management.

Nice to have

  • MBA or related advanced degree.
  • Experience with complex contract negotiations and long sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Analytics, and competitive landscape.
  • Specific experience in Deal Operations or Revenue Recognition.
