What you will do
- Manage mid-sized and enterprise-level client accounts following the implementation phase.
- Conduct both on-site and virtual training sessions for individual users and teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Support clients with workflow optimization and best practices within the system.
- Proactively monitor account health, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal support, product, and leadership teams to resolve client issues.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, client success, or other customer-facing training roles.
- Must reside in one of the following US states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IN, MD, MN, MO, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering electronic software or workflow training.
- Background in healthcare, behavioral health, or compliance-driven industries.
- Familiarity with enterprise or mid-market client environments.
