TL;DR

Account Manager (Behavioral Health): Managing a portfolio of mid-sized and enterprise-level behavioral health accounts post-implementation with an accent on client success, on-site training, and workflow optimization. Focus on driving system adoption, monitoring account health, and coordinating internal resources to ensure long-term retention.

Location: Partially remote; must reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IN, MD, MN, MO, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TX, VA, or WA. Travel required up to 20%.

What you will do

  • Manage mid-sized and enterprise-level client accounts following the implementation phase.
  • Conduct both on-site and virtual training sessions for individual users and teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Support clients with workflow optimization and best practices within the hirify.global system.
  • Proactively monitor account health, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal support, product, and leadership teams to resolve client issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, client success, or other customer-facing training roles.
  • Must reside in one of the following US states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IN, MD, MN, MO, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience delivering electronic software or workflow training.
  • Background in healthcare, behavioral health, or compliance-driven industries.
  • Familiarity with enterprise or mid-market client environments.
