Location: Hybrid (must reside in Washington, D.C. / Maryland / Virginia Metro Area). Required to be in the Washington, D.C. office at least 2 days a week.

Salary: $158,500 - $180,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage enterprise network infrastructure including Cisco ACI, Catalyst, Nexus, Firepower (FTD), SD-WAN, and Meraki.
• Lead and develop a team of network and voice engineers, overseeing project and performance management.
• Design and maintain high-availability IP broadcast networks for low-latency real-time audio and video traffic.
• Oversee Storage Area Networking (SAN) including Fibre Channel and VSAN design.
• Optimize LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and routing protocols such as BGP and EIGRP.
• Collaborate with Security, DevOps, and Systems teams to ensure network reliability and scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise networking.
• 3+ years in a network leadership or management role.
• Must reside in Washington, D.C. / Maryland / Virginia Metro Area.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco ACI, Nexus, Firepower, SD-WAN, and Meraki.
• Proficiency in routing/switching (BGP, EIGRP) and monitoring tools like SolarWinds and ThousandEyes.
• Working knowledge of PTP, SMPTE ST 2110, multicast, and QoS.

Nice to have

• Cisco CCNP (Enterprise or Data Center) or CCIE certification.
• Experience with NDI and real-time audio/video over IP in broadcast environments.
• Experience with network automation and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience managing on-prem and hosted Telephony and AV systems.
