TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite in Washington, D.C.)

Salary: $147,000 - $170,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of four Marketing Strategists to grow audiences across various platforms.
  • Develop data-driven strategies for audience discovery and engagement via newsletters, the app, and hirify.global+.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Content, Product, and Fundraising teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Define success metrics and perform real-time campaign optimization through A/B testing.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing plans from launch to detailed performance recaps.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, audience development, or growth marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of driving engagement across audio, podcasts, web, video, and social media.
  • Deep expertise in digital product growth and subscription or membership-based models.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Proven success in driving engagement through owned channels such as email and in-app messaging.
  • Experience working within a non-profit, mission-driven, or public media environment.
  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Audience Analytics, or a related field.
