What you will do

- Conduct structured discovery calls to ensure high-quality handoffs to the field sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach messaging and campaign targeting.
- Maintain a predictable pipeline and report on weekly and monthly activity metrics.
- Execute high-cadence, personalized outreach while managing daily activity goals.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an SDR, Inside Sales, or similar XDR role.
- Hands-on experience with multi-channel outreach including cold calling, video, and social media.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and meeting quotas.
- Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce for activity documentation.
- Strong understanding of the full SDR process from initial touch to conversion.
