What you will do

• Lead and grow a high-performing AI engineering team, providing technical leadership and mentoring.
• Design and architect complex GenAI systems, including RAG, semantic search, and agent-based architectures.
• Oversee the build, testing, deployment, and operation of production-grade GenAI solutions.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of medium-scale initiatives, aligning scope and timelines with stakeholders.
• Champion engineering excellence by promoting DevOps, CI/CD, and security best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including senior-level roles.
• Proven experience leading a team (formal or informal).
• Hands-on experience building and operating GenAI/LLM-powered systems in production.
• Technical expertise in RAG, vector databases, and agent-based protocols (e.g., MCP, A2A).
• Proficiency in cloud-native development (Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI) and CI/CD pipelines.
