What you will do

• Design and ship agentic workflows including research, coding, and reasoning agents.
• Own the full AI lifecycle from data ingestion and reasoning to action and monitoring.
• Architect systems using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Build RAG pipelines, vector embeddings, and knowledge grounding systems.
• Deploy AI agents as microservices with robust observability, evals, and guardrails.
• Mentor junior developers and drive technical architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the United States.
• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of specialized experience in AI development.
• Experience building and deploying at least two AI agents in production in the last 12 months.
• Proficiency with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), RAG, and vector DBs.

Nice to have

• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB), AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge of multi-tenancy and machine learning.
• Experience with Docker.
