TL;DR

Staff Software Engineer (AI): Building an AI-first Digital Experience Platform to compress product development workflows from Figma to production with an accent on AI-native tooling and agent orchestration. Focus on architecting the Figma-to-BDC pipeline, designing hirify.global-aware AI agents, and establishing automated quality enforcement at generation time.

Location: Hybrid (2–3 times/week) in Miami (USA), Toronto (Canada), or Brazil (São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Campinas, Belo Horizonte)

What you will do

• Architect the end-to-end Figma → DXP Spec → BDC code generation pipeline.
• Lead AI agent integration, orchestration, and LLM provider abstraction.
• Design the DXP Dictionary knowledge architecture to create hirify.global-aware agents.
• Drive technical integration with NuDS, BDC/Core, and HPP platforms.
• Implement automated quality enforcement for generated experiences to ensure compliance and accessibility.
• Develop the 6–18 month technical strategy and mentor engineers across the organization.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Strong software architecture skills for multi-component AI platform systems.
• Experience with design-to-code pipelines or component-driven UI development (e.g., Figma to code).
• Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agent orchestration.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Miami, Toronto, or listed Brazil hubs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Flutter at the intersection of design systems and code generation.
• Experience building internal developer tools or platforms for large engineering orgs.
• Contributions to open-source AI developer tools.
