What you will do

• Embed within customer engineering teams to translate ambiguous business problems into AI architectures and delivery plans.
• Architect and ship production-grade agentic AI solutions on GCP, including multi-agent systems, MCP servers, and safety guardrails.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, focusing on chunking strategy, vector databases, and embedding optimization.
• Build the connective tissue between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, including APIs and legacy data silos.
• Implement advanced agent patterns like ReAct and self-reflection using frameworks such as ADK or LangGraph.
• Develop high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to monitor accuracy, latency, and cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience using Python or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI systems on GCP (Vertex AI, Gemini models, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub).
• Demonstrated experience building agentic solutions and RAG architectures in production.
• Experience deploying cloud resources via Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Must be based in the province of Québec.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or Machine Learning.
• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, or designing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Knowledge of LLM-native operational metrics (tokens/sec, cost-per-request).
• Google Cloud Professional certifications (ML Engineer, Cloud Architect, or Data Engineer).
• Familiarity with full-stack development and REST/GraphQL API design.
