Location: Must be based in Canada or the US. Toronto-area employees (within 65km of HQ) are required to work in-office Monday through Thursday.
Salary: $265,000 – $315,000 CAD (base salary)

What you will do
- Lead the engineering of the multi-agent orchestration runtime, agent harness, model-routing layer, and guardrail infrastructure.
- Own the developer surface, including the SDK, tooling, and simulation environments used by internal teams and customers.
- Manage and scale the engineering organization, hiring and developing senior technical talent.
- Partner with AI Models and Data Platform leadership to define and execute the end-to-end healthcare AI strategy.
- Represent the platform's technical credibility in conversations with executive stakeholders, partners, and customers.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada or the United States.
- Proven experience building and operating enterprise-scale AI systems in production.
- Extensive experience leading platform engineering teams that support multiple product organizations.
- Strong track record of building high-performing engineering cultures and mentoring senior talent.
- Deep expertise in AI platform architecture, infrastructure scalability, and operational excellence.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills to influence technical and business audiences.
