Salary: $130,000 - $180,000

What you will do
- Partner with non-technical stakeholders in Operations, Finance, and Marketing to identify and define high-impact automation opportunities.
- Develop internal tools and automations using LLMs, agents, RAG patterns, and prompt design, prioritizing pragmatic v1 releases.
- Harden working prototypes with reliability, observability, and error handling for production-grade stability.
- Coach and enable non-technical colleagues to build their own automations through reviews, office hours, and documentation.
- Build shared components, prompt libraries, and templates to create scalable automation leverage across the organization.
Requirements
- Track record of shipping AI-powered workflows or internal tools that delivered measurable business impact.
- Fluency with modern AI tooling (LLMs, agents, RAG, prompt design), APIs, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Strong ability to translate fuzzy business problems into clear technical specifications.
- Proficiency in pulling, cleaning, and reasoning about data.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical tradeoffs to non-technical audiences.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Vancouver, BC office (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience in internal-tools, RevOps, or BizOps functions.
- Background in supporting or training citizen developers and operations teams.
