What you will do

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the hirify.global ecosystem to empower partners and end-users.
• Collaborate with revenue-generating teams to identify and deliver technical solutions for customer challenges.
• Conduct discovery, requirements gathering, and technical demonstrations.
• Support partner upskilling and provide feedback to product and development teams to close ecosystem gaps.
• Maintain accurate documentation of solution designs and customer engagements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Software Development.
• Exceptional verbal and written fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to travel up to 25% across Latin America and North America.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, and APIs.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or C#.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Ability to work with JIRA and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Superset.
