What you will do

  • Manage the expiring support and subscription contracts funnel and provide accurate quotes to partners and end users.
  • Lead negotiations for 30-50 renewals per quarter.
  • Collaborate with Account and Customer Success teams to develop renewal strategies, improve product adoption, and address churn risk.
  • Ensure all contracts meet finance and legal standards while meeting strict SLAs.
  • Forecast assigned renewal pipelines and maintain accurate customer data in CRM.
  • Actively pursue lapsed customers to sell reinstated support.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in renewals, subscription sales, customer success, or account management.
  • Experience representing high-technology products or services with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals independently.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Excel.
