TL;DR

Partner Account Manager (Sales/Partnerships): Managing and developing key strategic partnerships with integration providers and channel partners to expand market presence in LATAM with an accent on go-to-market strategy and revenue growth. Focus on nurturing relationships with SIs and consulting firms, identifying new business opportunities, and adapting the regional vision for the SMB market.

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City (Polanco)

What you will do

  • Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners, including software providers, System Integrators, and Digital Consulting firms.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and execute strategies to expand market presence in LATAM.
  • Lead and accelerate sales growth by executing tailored business strategies for the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Tech, and Customer Success.
  • Provide strategic insights to the Sales Director to adapt hirify.global's vision for the LATAM SMB market.
  • Represent the company at industry events and thought leadership forums to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
  • Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong motivation to go above and beyond to succeed in a collaborative setting.
  • Curiosity and passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and sales strategies in Latin America.

Nice to have

  • Experience with channel and integration partnerships specifically within the LATAM region.
  • Previous experience working within the Hubspot, Salesforce, or Zendesk ecosystems.
