What you will do

• Act as the primary strategic partner for key accounts to build trusted long-term relationships.
• Drive revenue growth via upselling and cross-selling new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Monitor client health and satisfaction to proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation and scaling of accounts from onboarding to expansion.
• Analyze account performance data and provide feedback to shape product improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Customer Success with international clients in payments or tech.
• Proven ability to manage multiple portfolios with high attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate in fast-paced startup environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, financial services, or fintech.
• Background in Project Management or Product Management.
