What you will do

• Proactively generate renewal quotes and facilitate a smooth on-time renewal process.
• Maintain and reconcile Installed Base records in collaboration with sales reps, customers, and partners.
• Process purchase orders and create corresponding sales orders to maintain Order Management accuracy.
• Manage queries regarding support and renewals while ensuring strict adherence to SLAs.
• Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to update records and assist sales management in forecasting.
• Collaborate with distributors and resellers within the channel and direct sales models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically software maintenance renewals and order management.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous experience with Salesforce.com or Netsuite.
• Ability to review and interpret complex contractual terms and conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for an international environment.
