What you will do

• Lead consultative discovery sessions to align DDI architectures across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Guide customers in transitioning legacy network services into API-driven automated platforms.
• Own end-to-end proof-of-value engagements to demonstrate operational efficiency and risk reduction.
• Deliver technical workshops, architecture reviews, and executive presentations to technical and business audiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to shape product direction and contribute to technical enablement.
• Manage engagement activity in Salesforce within a remote-first operational model.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Strong command of enterprise networking fundamentals, specifically DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
• Hands-on experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Practical experience with API-driven infrastructure, automation frameworks, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
• 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, network engineering, or technical consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted operations and infrastructure intelligence.
• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX administration, scripting, and virtualization.
