What you will do

• Manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners and agencies to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Develop upfront and joint business plans for top-tier clients.
• Educate new clients on Reddit's advertising platform to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Utilize internal and external data to inform client strategies and create pitch proposals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for platform updates and provide consultative strategic advice.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to exceed marketing goals and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in digital media, including 7+ years in sales.
• Experience managing partnerships with complex enterprise retail organizations.
• Proven track record of managing relationships with C-level executives.
• Deep expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.
• Demonstrated achievement against high sales targets.
• Must be based in Los Angeles.
