Salary: $210,800 – $263,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end equity and strategic financing processes, owning investor diligence, data rooms, and timelines.
• Build and maintain complex operating models, forecasts, and scenario analyses focused on infrastructure economics and GPU utilization.
• Develop institutional-grade investment theses and investor-ready materials for sovereign investors, infrastructure funds, and family offices.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across finance, legal, tax, operations, and technical teams.
• Act as a strategic partner to the COO and executive leadership, leading diligence discussions and presenting financial insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, corporate development, or growth equity.
• Background at a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong capabilities in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical rigor.
• Proven experience executing growth-stage financing transactions.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco Presidio or Bellevue, WA offices.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, defense technology, or data centers.
• Exposure to sovereign investors or late-stage crossover financings.
• MBA, CFA, or an advanced finance/accounting background.
• Experience leading M&A processes and cross-border transactions.
