What you will do

• Install, upgrade, and relocate high-precision semiconductor equipment at customer locations.
• Assemble, align, and test system components to ensure they meet strict design specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Create accurate technical documentation and service reports.
• Train customers on system operations and routine maintenance practices.
• Collaborate with supporting teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in a technical or field-based role.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to spend more than 50% of time inside clean rooms working with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to operate heavy/complex machinery in a safety-sensitive environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to the semiconductor industry.
• Experience with vacuum systems or plasma technology.
• Proficiency in standard computer applications for data analysis and documentation.
