Salary: $47,700 - $111,300 per year

What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair Trace, X-Ray, CT X-Ray, and Cargo Inspection equipment.
• Maintain field service logs and organize job files to track work completion.
• Provide technical training to customers on equipment operation.
• Manage the repair parts cycle, including ordering and installation.
• Collaborate with senior FSEs and Product Managers to stay updated on technical trends.
• Ensure all tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or Trade Certification in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields (or military equivalent).
• 1-3 years of experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical/electronic systems.
• Must pass a federal background investigation and TSA vetting for SSI access.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs and full body mobility.
• Willingness and ability to travel daily within the Atlanta Metro area.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and aptitude for specialized software.
