Salary: $140,000 - $155,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and lead a world-class fabrication equipment team.
• Influence design-for-manufacturability decisions in partnership with development and procurement teams.
• Serve as the primary escalation point and decision-maker for all equipment-related issues.
• Establish quantifiable expectations for equipment performance KPIs related to yield, availability, cycle time, and cost of ownership.
• Provide direct management and strategic guidance to core equipment engineers.
• Oversee the successful scale-up and ramp of fabrication capacity and capability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FEOL semiconductor fabrication in equipment-focused roles.
• Deep expertise in one or more major FEOL modules (Litho, Etch, Metals, Cleans) and related metrology.
• Proven ability to manage and lead technical teams of engineers and maintenance technicians.
• BS/MS in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Plantation, Florida for full-time onsite work.

Nice to have

• Experience managing vendors, installation of new capacity, and spare parts BOMs.
• Proficiency in SPC (Statistical Process Control) and understanding of hardware variables' impact on Wafer Yield.
