Salary: $139,000 – $210,000 USD (base pay depends on location)

What you will do

• Partner with product managers to identify opportunities across the crypto platform, including trading and tokenized assets.
• Design and evaluate experiments to inform product decisions using clear success metrics.
• Analyze platform and market data to build datasets that power product insights.
• Develop models to assess product performance, user behavior, and market dynamics.
• Communicate findings to engineering, finance, and design stakeholders to support development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Proven experience designing experiments and interpreting results to guide product decisions.
• Domain knowledge in crypto, including onchain data and DeFi ecosystems.
• Must be based in or able to work from Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY (hybrid).
