What you will do

• Build and apply statistical, machine learning, and econometric models to analyze marketing channel performance and enterprise sales cycles.
• Develop attribution models and investment frameworks to optimize brand marketing spend and audience targeting.
• Collaborate with Martech, Business Systems, and Growth Engineering teams to integrate and leverage first- and third-party data.
• Lead experimental design and implementation for new marketing channels to enable rapid iteration and cost-effective growth.
• Contribute to data team culture by improving processes, tools, and systems for scalable decision-making.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in quantitative fields and at least 5 years of data science experience.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with experience in predictive modeling and marketing-specific ML applications.
• Proven leadership in growth and product organizations with expertise in marketing experimentation and attribution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment focused on iterative technical solutions.
• English proficiency at least B2 (job posted in English).
