Salary: $84,000–$147,000

What you will do

• Design, research, and architect AI/ML solutions across the enterprise.
• Maintain clear communication regarding project progress, insights, and impact on KPIs.
• Present findings to non-technical partners to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Engage with stakeholders to align data science initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML/AI Engineer.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Statistics.
• Strong understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals.
• Demonstrated experience with deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, transformers) and libraries like PyTorch, Tensorflow, or Jax.
• Fluency in Python and SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Experience in a corporate or fintech environment.
