Salary: $90,500 - $121,100

What you will do

• Lead the review and validation of high-volume royalty reports, ensuring accurate calculations based on licensing agreements.
• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable functions for strategically important and high-value customer accounts.
• Analyze large financial datasets to identify reporting variances, payment behaviors, and operational risks.
• Mentor junior analysts and specialists, conducting training sessions on royalty processes and internal controls.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOX and SOC 1 compliance and maintain audit-ready records.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to optimize revenue cycles and program administration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in royalty accounting, accounts receivable, or financial analysis.
• Must be able to work on-site in Greenwood Village, US three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP accounting systems, CRM tools, and reporting platforms.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, audit standards, and compliance requirements.

• Prior experience in a mentorship or project-lead capacity.
• Professional certifications in accounting or analytics (e.g., CARM, CCCM).
