Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Mountain View, CA or Warren, MI (minimum 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $134,700 – $245,000

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and roadmaps for occupant positioning and seating-related experiences.
• Define requirements, priorities, and success metrics based on customer insights and data.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Program, Safety, and Quality teams to deliver high-quality cabin experiences.
• Drive alignment among senior stakeholders regarding scope, risks, and technical tradeoffs.
• Balance customer value, cost, and timing with strict safety considerations.
• Oversee product delivery from planning and launch readiness to post-launch improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering technology products.
• Experience defining requirements and roadmaps in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong communication skills to translate business goals into clear product direction.
• Ability to use research and metrics to inform principled product decisions.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, consumer electronics, or advanced product development.
• Proven track record of delivering integrated hardware and software product experiences.
• MBA or other advanced degree.
