What you will do

• Provide coaching and mentorship to the CRN product team while establishing standard processes and tools.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps, success criteria, and launch plans aligned with market conditions and customer needs.
• Partner with senior leadership to define product line strategies and ensure delivery on financial and revenue targets.
• Design product packaging, pricing, and positioning to differentiate offerings in the competitive automotive market.
• Build and manage senior-level relationships with OEMs, third parties, and industry professionals.
• Define organizational structure and recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing product staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 10 years of experience in product development managing large-scale projects.
• At least 5 years of management experience leading direct reports.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and create an engaging, positive culture.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate a big-picture vision.
