TL;DR

Product Owner (Automotive): Executing the product roadmap and bringing the product vision to market for the Collision team with an accent on backlog grooming, user stories, and stakeholder management. Focus on translating roadmap initiatives into releasable features and collaborating with engineering and UI/UX teams.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office in Alpharetta, GA). Must live within commuting distance to Alpharetta, GA.

What you will do

  • Maintain and groom the product backlog to guide development efforts for scrum teams.
  • Translate roadmap initiatives into defined feature sets and produce clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize feature sets into releasable products.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from users, customers, and dealers to inform future enhancements.
  • Partner with UI/UX teams to develop wireframes and designs.
  • Manage launch planning, internal/external documentation, and track product performance against success criteria.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner within a software company.
  • Must be based within commuting distance to Alpharetta, GA for a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
  • Strong analytical and business acumen to define problems and identify solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to specific audiences.
